Mainland company formation requires core individual shareholder identification along with DED registration and tenancy documents. External ministry approvals or attested foreign parent company files may also be required based on your activity.

• Name choices, DED approval, MOA & Ejari contract

• Sector approvals (MOH, KHDA, TDRA, Municipality)

• Attested parent company docs for foreign branches
